Lighting today can be much more efficient than in years past, but sorting out the options is challenging. This informative and practical workshop will focus on different lighting technologies and controls. Participants will learn how to decide what lighting solutions to use, where to use different types of lighting, and what the financial and energy savings could be. In this workshop, participants will learn about the choices for lighting and lighting control and which make sense to improve energy efficiency.
The third hour of the program features a case study and tour, presented by the host church, featuring the story of their remarkable success in energy conservation and dramatic cost savings.
This workshop is led by Ray Wilson and Madi Hirschland of Hoosier Interfaith Power and Light. Dan Lovell, pastor of Bethany Christian Church, will tell his congregation’s story and give a tour.
The fee includes lunch and workshop materials. This workshop is limited to Indiana congregations.
