What Does the Indiana Nature Conservancy Do?

Have you ever wondered what the Indiana Nature Conservancy is and what it does?  Melissa Moran with the Indiana Nature Conservancy will tell us what the Nature Conservancy does and be glad to answer your questions at Kokomo’s Care for Creation meeting on Thursday, April 12th at Christ Lutheran Church at 7 pm. 

The mission of The Nature Conservancy is to conserve the lands and waters on which all life depends. For more than 55 years, we’ve been working in Indiana to do just that. the Nature Conservancy manages a number of nature preserves throughout Indiana. come and learn how you can get involved.

     The meeting is free and open to people from all faith communities as well as interested individuals who want to learn more about this program.  Kokomo Creation Care is an affiliate of Hoosier Interfaith Power and Light.  Our mission is to explore ways to be better stewards of the earth. 

 The meeting will take place at Christ Lutheran Church at 7 pm. 

3401 S. Dixon Rd., Kokomo, Indiana

Fellowship and refreshments may be enjoyed at 6:45 pm.   

We welcome people from all faith communities as well as interested individuals. Our goal is to explore ways to be better stewards of the Earth.  This event is free and open to the public.
